The Three-Step Restoration Process

Tackling a severe accumulation requires a highly organized, systematic approach:

  • Triage and Sorting: We do not sweep blindly. We meticulously sort through the debris to recover lost valuables, family photos, important financial documents, and usable keepsakes. We then coordinate what will be kept, what can be donated, and what must be discarded.
  • Debris Removal: Once the triage is complete, our team performs the heavy lifting, safely removing the massive volume of debris, heavy furniture, and waste from the property.
  • Deep Biological Sanitization: This is where we excel. Once the floor is visible, we often uncover deep-seated biological issues. We provide comprehensive biohazard clean up protocols, treating the home for animal waste, pest infestations, mold, and severe bacteria, leaving the house deeply sanitized and smelling fresh.

Discretion is Our Priority

We know that bringing in help with hoarding cleanup can feel embarrassing. Please know that we have seen it all, and nothing will shock us. Furthermore, we protect your privacy. Our teams arrive in unmarked vehicles, we do not leave branded equipment on your lawn, and we politely deflect any questions from curious neighbors. Your business remains your business.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do the homeowners need to be present during the cleanup? This is entirely up to the family and the specific situation. Some clients prefer to be involved in the daily sorting process, while others find it too emotionally overwhelming and prefer to step away while we follow their pre-approved instructions. We adapt to whatever makes you most comfortable.
  • What happens if you find something valuable in the clutter? Honesty and integrity are our core values. It is extremely common for us to uncover lost jewelry, cash, uncashed checks, or important legal documents buried in a hoarding environment. We immediately set these items aside in a secure "keep" box and hand them directly to the family.
  • Can you handle "animal hoarding" situations? Yes. Animal hoarding creates a severe biohazard due to the accumulation of feces, urine, and sometimes deceased pets. Our technicians wear full PPE and use hospital-grade enzymatic cleaners to digest the biological waste, and we use advanced air scrubbers to eradicate the intense ammonia odors permanently.
  • How long does a hoarding cleanup usually take? It varies widely depending on the size of the home and the density of the accumulation. A moderate cleanup might take two to three days, while a severe, multi-story "Level 5" hoarding situation could take over a week. We provide a clear timeline during our initial, free assessment.
